Positive thing meme

I got tagged by the lovely anemonen.

You may know the rules by now. If not, the rules: during the next five days, post three positive things about your day and ask three people to do the same so the positive attitude can gain some ground.

1. This afternoon I was sitting at my desk, writing messages and other stuff one can do on and wanted to back out of some household duties. But I got my shit together and cleaned the flat. Nothing big, but I am proud that I just got over myself and did it. Now I can enjoy my day off (Friday) without any deeds to do- except writing on fics.

2. Husband cooked one of my favourite meals for dinner today: plain noodles with butter and Parmesan. I could bath in it. And isn't it the most sexy thing when a man is a skilled cook. Yum :)

3. I got a love letter by my LJ friend gracerene. We just met recently but have a lot of things in common. I love her recs from all over fandom and - if you didn't know her - you really should go and have a look on her Journal and her fic lists. Thank you, hon!

I love your positive things! Cleaning is something I'm not motivated to do as often as I should, but it's always such a wonderful feeling when you finish and look around and everything's all neat and organized. And a guilt-free day off is always lovely as well. <3

It's a proven fact that food tastes better when it was made by someone else. ::nod::
