Oh, I'm writing medical texts (take publications, guidelines and such stuff and try to translate that gobbledygook into something everyone understands). It's a public health information service where one can ask questions (about cancer). I'm not answering questions directly (on the phone, via email) but work in the background to write said texts in our databank (which are used to answer the questions) or research problems individually. We are not telling people what they should or shouldn't do, we just help to give information or understand said information. I love my job though it can be very hard sometimes...um, not sure you wanted to know all that. *smiles sheepishly*
