As far as I could research there is a difference between these two. May beetles are Cockchafers or Melolontha species like Melolontha melolontha and June bugs are Amphimallon solstitiale. They look different too. Sorry, I tend to get carried away when something grabs my attention. :D But all in all I'm thinking of the fat clumsy bettle too. LOL
