Good resolution...

Ok, I'm way too much behind with my booklist. Guess why?
Yes, I'm reading nearly only fics at the moment. And as much as I love it, I love books too. So my good resolution from now one will be this:

For every long fic (lets say long is more than 20k) I need to read a book too.


So my August reading list looks like this:
- Finish A Multitude of Sins by barefacedbandit
- Finish A Case of Possession by KJ Charles
- Read The Gentlewizard Club by sophie_french
- Read Flight of Magpies by KJ Charles
- Read At the Crossroads There We'll Meet by firethesound.
- Read Dynasty of Ghosts by PL Nunn, that will be angsty and dark (if it's just a tiny bit like Bloodraven it will be not for the faint of heart). That's a long one so it will probably be September when I finish this.

Oh yeah, and I should get some writing done.

Thank you. I'm an avid reader, so, if there would be no RL (and no writing to be done), I would probably be finished next week. LOL. The real challenge will be this 'one fic, one book' rule...

If I had that rule I'd never keep up since I blow through fics really quickly generally. I'd run out of things to read in under a year. :)

Haha, I won't. Had to look it up. I have a wishlist of more than 550 books, I own more than 100 books I haven't read yet, and I can't count all the fics I want to read or were recced to me. It's endless. And I love to re-read. I'm doomed, in a very positive way though;)

Me too at the moment. But the second 'A Charm of Magpies' book is quite good. I'm already one third through and enjoying myself. :D

It's going quite well at the moment. I'm nearly finished with the first book and it's a wonderful story. Victorian setting, magic, m/m and two very interesting MCs. Yeah.
