Podfics/podcasts. I love them but can't listen while doing something else. It's very strange, because I can read and listen to music, but not the other way round. Don't ask me why, but when I try to listen to a story I need to concentrate (especially in English but in German nearly as much). So, it's always a real task for me to listen to podcasts. Works best when I'm ill or travelling and have hours to spend.
