Oh thank you for this! I do wonder sometimes if any data is getting lost. I do go in every couple of days and do a backup, though, so that will help with some of it. Also, I *think* that the google docs keeps a record of the most recent changes, so if data loss happened recently we should be able to find it.

I stumbled across that feature a few months ago and I'm not sure now where it is, but I do think that google docs does keep a record somehow.

What I can't figure out is how/why the first row keeps getting unlocked? I "freeze" it (in the view options) so that when you sort by any given column the column headers don't sort too. But sometimes I go in and they've been unfrozen and sorted in with the data and I have to fix it. I wonder about it :)
