I haven't been a part of this discussion, and I've probably only seen a little bit of it. But for it to come to this is incredibly sad.
People aren't perfect, fandom isn't perfect. But HP fandom on LJ has so many wonderful qualities. I really hope that those who have left or consider leaving will think that the good parts carry the heaviest weight and come back.
